I can't say enough good things about Marcia Hughes. Selling our house during the pandemic could have been difficult, but Marcia was up to the challenge. Our house sold the first day that it was on the market. We could tell immediately when we contacted her that Marcia is very experienced. She knows the market and uses all the marketing tools at her disposal to sell your house. She kept in contact with us, never letting us be surprised by the next step in the process. She is very professional; yet, friendly and warm. I would highly recommend Marcia to anyone who needs to sell or buy a house.
